BLISS RATING:   ★★★★+ “Never doubt yourself. Never change who you are. Don’t care what people think and just go for it.” –  Britney Spears Undoubtedly, this is one of the best BLs to come out of Thailand in a long, long time. Assuredly, it will be like nothing you have ever seen before. It is…

BLISS RATING: ★+ “Love, having no geography, knows no boundaries.”  –  Truman Capote Undoubtedly, this would have worked much better as a fantasy. Instead, they tried to fool us into thinking it is and then wildly twisting the plot into making it fit into our ‘reality’ only to fail miserably on all fronts. This series…

BLISS RATING: ★★+ “I’ll love you through every chapter of your life.”  –  Quote from ThamePo Perhaps I am becoming so jaded by the similarities in Thai BL stories that I found this series to be yet another standard typical cliché-driven saga. Except that the protagonists, of whom there are many, were all drop-dead gorgeous…

BLISS RATING: ★★ “I’m your sky and you are my sea.”  –  Quote from Your Sky Because I binged watched this series, I gained 5 unnecessary pounds from all its sweetness coming from its plot. This is one of the most saccharine-filled series I have ever watched. And of course, it employed every BL cliché,…

BLISS RATING: ★★+ “Please don’t push me away anymore. Even if the whole world calls me a fool for loving you, I’ll by that fool – they can say whatever they want.”  –  Quote from The Heart Killers Who really S.T.O.L.E. this series? It is exceptionally rare for me to begin a review with this…

BLISS RATING: ★★★★★ “Love is such a fleeting emotion It’s such a small part of the things you do in your life.”  –  Quote from Nellie McKay The title of this series alone had me hooked since it is so esoteric. More aptly, the title really means “no winter last forever and no spring skips…

BLISS RATING: ★+ “Your hands are stained with blood like mine. You’re just another murderous doctor.” –  Quote from Spare Me Your Mercy Perhaps the best way to identify this series is to use the word – indescribable. But I am not using this word to imply in any way that this series is either…

BLISS RATING: ★★★★ “He’s still drifting in the sea of longing where the memory keeps hitting him relentlessly. Pain becomes the chain that binds him, presenting him from reaching the shores of a new beginning.”  –  Quote from The Renovation This is romantic imagery at its best. I thoroughly enjoyed this series and did not…

BLISS RATING: ★+ “Young love is common, but that does not mean it’s not precious.”  –  Eoin Colfer I hate to be so brutally honest, but this is one of the worst BLs of 2024. Literally, everything about this series, except perhaps the acting, was uninspiring. Although the young performers did a ‘yeoman’s job’ in…

BLISS RATING: ★★★★★ “I think breaking up when we are still in love with each other is better than waiting until we can’t even look at each other.”  –  Quote from Every You Every Me When I first started to watch this series, I frankly was perplexed by it. It certainly grabbed my attention and…
